As a Hotel Front Desk Agent, you're the first point of contact for guests and a key part of keeping the property running smoothly. This part-time, onsite role supports accurate service, clear communication, and a welcoming arrival experience.
Key responsibilities include:
- Greet guests, complete check-ins/check-outs, and answer routine questions
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and guest requests in the system
- Process payments, balance transactions, and maintain tidy front-desk records
- Coordinate with housekeeping/maintenance to address issues quickly
- Handle concerns calmly and escalate when needed
Required skills/qualifications:
- Friendly, professional communication and basic computer skills
- Reliability, attention to detail, and comfort multitasking
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work a flexible part-time schedule
