Job Summary

We are seeking a self-motivated, driven, and hospitable individual for a Front Desk position at a beautiful hotel in Orange Beach. 

This role includes managing reservations, checking guests in and out, handling guest inquiries and requests, and ensuring a smooth and positive guest experience throughout their stay. 
 
 

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival
  • Check guests in and out efficiently while following hotel procedures
  • Manage room reservations, cancellations, and modifications
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries
  • Process payments, prepare invoices, and handle cash and credit transactions
  • Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions
  • Address guest complaints or concerns promptly and courteously
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure room readiness
  • Maintain accurate guest records and update reservation systems
  • Follow security, safety, and confidentiality policies
PAY:  $15.00/hr.

SCHEDULE: 1PM-9PM

REQUIREMENTS: Must pass pre-employment background check. Reliable transportation daily to job location in Orange Beach/Perdido Key, if not local to the area.
