Job Summary
The Hotel Front Desk Agent is the first point of contact for guests and is responsible for delivering excellent customer service. This role includes managing reservations, checking guests in and out, handling guest inquiries and requests, and ensuring a smooth and positive guest experience throughout their stay. We are looking for self-motivated , driven and HOSPITABLE nature as they will be the face at the desk
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival
- Check guests in and out efficiently while following hotel procedures
- Manage room reservations, cancellations, and modifications
- Answer phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries
- Process payments, prepare invoices, and handle cash and credit transactions
- Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions
- Address guest complaints or concerns promptly and courteously
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure room readiness
- Maintain accurate guest records and update reservation systems
- Follow security, safety, and confidentiality policies
PAY: Starts at$15.00/hr.
SCHEDULE: 1PM-9PM
REQUIREMENTS: Must pass pre-employment background check. Reliable transportation daily to job location in Orange Beach/Perdido Key, if not local to the area.
