Position Overview

We are seeking a professional, friendly, and dependable team member to help create a welcoming and memorable guest experience. In this role, the individual will support front desk operations, assist guests with check-in and check-out, and provide attentive bell service to ensure arrivals and departures run smoothly. The ideal candidate communicates clearly, stays organized in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering exceptional service. Full-time and part-time positions available. Hourly rate based on experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure, providing courteous and professional service at all times.
  • Assist with check-in and check-out procedures accurately and efficiently.
  • Handle guest luggage, escort guests to rooms, and explain hotel amenities as needed.
  • Respond to guest questions, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to support guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable front desk and lobby area.
  • Operate hotel systems to process reservations, payments, and room assignments.
  • Deliver mail, packages, and other items to guest rooms when required.
  • Assist with transportation coordination, directions, and local area information.
  • Follow hotel procedures for safety, security, and guest confidentiality.

Qualifications

  • Previous hospitality, front desk, customer service, or bell service experience preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a guest-focused mindset.
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work effectively under pressure.
  • Professional appearance and a positive, approachable attitude.
  • Basic computer skills and comfort learning hotel property management systems.
  • Ability to lift, carry, and transport luggage and other items as needed.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
