We are seeking a personable and detail-oriented professional to join our guest services team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for visitors, helping create a welcoming and efficient experience from check-in to check-out. The ideal candidate is organized, service-focused, and able to communicate clearly in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly and provide prompt, courteous service at the front desk
  • Handle check-in and check-out procedures accurately and efficiently
  • Answer guest questions, resolve concerns, and provide information about property amenities and local attractions
  • Manage reservations, cancellations, and modifications using the property management system
  • Process payments, issue receipts, and maintain accurate records
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to support guest needs
  • Respond to phone calls, emails, and front desk inquiries in a professional manner
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable front desk area
  • Follow all hotel policies, safety procedures, and security protocols

Qualifications

  • Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions and reservations
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in a busy environment
  • Basic computer skills and comfort learning hotel software systems
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
