Hotel Front Desk Evening/Audit

S&R Hotels Inc in Bethlehem, PA is looking for a reliable and personable Front Desk Evening/Audit team member to join our hospitality family! Responsibilities:

• Greet and check in/check out guests with a friendly and professional demeanor during evening and overnight hours
• Perform nightly audit procedures, including balancing daily transactions and generating end-of-day reports
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
• Process reservations, cancellations, and modifications using property management system (PMS)
• Manage cash handling, credit card transactions, and maintain an accurate cash drawer
• Monitor hotel security and safety during overnight hours, escalating issues as needed
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs

Requirements:

• Prior hotel front desk or night audit experience preferred
• Availability to work evening and/or overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Basic math and accounting skills for audit and cash handling responsibilities
• Proficiency with hotel property management systems (PMS) a plus
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• High school diploma or equivalent required
