Hotel Front Desk Guest Agent - PT & FT position

Holiday Inn Express in East Peoria, is currently adding both a full time and part time

Front Desk Guest Service Agent to our team!

Must be able to work weekends.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provides high-quality customer service.
• Handles guest reservations.
• Answers and transfers phone calls.
• Handles guest check-ins and outs along with questions, complaints, etc.
• Other duties as required with the department.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Previous hotel or relevant customer service experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Ability to work weekends
