About the Role:
Best Western Redondo Beach Inn is looking for a friendly and motivated Hotel Front Desk Agent to be the face of our guest experience in beautiful Redondo Beach, CA. Responsibilities:

• Greet and check in/check out guests in a warm, professional manner.
• Manage reservations using hotel property management systems.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with prompt, courteous service.
• Process payments, issue room keys, and maintain accurate guest accounts.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure room readiness.
• Provide local recommendations for dining, attractions, and transportation in the Redondo Beach area.

Requirements:

• Prior hotel front desk or hospitality customer service experience preferred.
• Availability shift needed 7 am to 3 pm. Three to Four days a week. 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Must be fluent in English. Multi-Lingual a plus.
• Proficiency with hotel PMS software.
• Ability to multitask and stay composed in a busy front desk environment.
• Flexible availability. May include weekends and/or holidays.
• Professional appearance and a positive, guest-first attitude.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
