We're on the lookout for a dynamic, guest-focused Front Desk Supervisor to bring energy, leadership, and hospitality excellence to our team at the Courtyard by Marriott. As our Front Desk Supervisor, you’ll be setting the tone for a memorable guest experience from the moment they walk through our doors. You’ll guide and support our front desk team, ensure smooth operations, and uphold the standards that Courtyard by Marriott and Lafrance Hospitality are known for.

Pay: $21 -$24 Per Hour

Shift: Full Time

Schedule: Mix of Shifts, weekend availability & holidays

Responsibilities

  • Works to achieve a friendly atmosphere for fellow associates and hotel guests
  • Displays exemplary performance as an example for the staff to emulate
  • Performs training and revenue management strategies with the staff
  • Supervises Guest Representatives, Night Auditors, and acts as Manager on Duty as needed
  • Produces accurate financial reports on time
  • Ensures that policy and procedure are followed and administered consistently
  • Understands local health and safety codes
  • Is knowledgeable about all brand standards
  • Maintains a positive, cooperative work environment between personnel and management 

Requirements

    • Minimum 1-2 years hotel front desk experience
    • Supervisory experience preferred
    • Prior Marriott Brand experience preferred
    • Strong interest and willingness to develop sound managerial and team building skills, to lead a team effectively
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Comfortable with hotel computer reservation systems
    • Ability to teach adult learners
    • Available to work a flexible schedule ( Nights & weekends )
