Key Responsibilities

• Supervise all hotel departments including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance with clear objectives
• Plan and allocate tasks to ensure efficient hotel operations
• Manage budgets, analyze financial data, and monitor sales and profits
• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote the hotel
• Engage with customers to welcome them, address complaints, and provide information
• Handle maintenance issues, staff shortages, and oversee renovations
• Collaborate with suppliers, travel agencies, and event planners
• Conduct regular facility inspections to enforce health and safety standards

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Hotel Manager or in a similar role
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
• Strong knowledge of hotel management best practices and relevant laws
• Proficient in MS Office; experience with hotel management software (PMS) preferred
• Excellent customer service and business acumen
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities
• Reliable, able to multitask, and work well under pressure
• Outstanding leadership skills and great attention to detail
