Hotel General Manager

ISC’s team of Hospitality Recruiters is partnering with a high-performing and driven hospitality group on a General Manager search to oversee day-to-day Sales, F&B, Financials, and more for a beautiful property in Washington State.

 

The General Manager is responsible for managing all hotel operations, ensuring operational efficiency, exceptional guest experience, and strong performance while maximizing profitability.

 

This General Manager will play a critical role in delivering exceptional guest experience by maintaining high service standards, responding to guest and team members’ needs, and fostering culture of improvement. This position provides leadership across all hotel departments to ensure collaboration, operational excellence, and maximum productivity.

 

General Manager Requirements- To qualify, you should have the following:

  • 3-5 years' hotel GM experience, required
  • Full-service and brand hotel experience with quantifiable results in sales, finance, and guest scores
  • Financial savvy, including P&L, flow through margin evaluation and influencing RevPAR
  • Bachelor's degree, preferred
  • Heavy sales and F&B experience
  • Dedication to cultivating team-oriented learning environment
  • Ability to promote engagement, growth, and job satisfaction amongst team
