That includes revenue, labor, guest experience, and asset protection. This role is hands-on. You set the pace and the standard.What you will do• Run daily hotel operations across front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and breakfast• Drive top-line revenue through pricing, inventory control, and local sales activity• Manage labor to target. Control overtime. Schedule to demand• Lead and develop the team. Hire, train, coach, and hold people accountable• Deliver strong guest satisfaction scores and clean audit results• Execute Marriott brand standards and pass QA inspections• Own the P&L. Review weekly. Act on variances• Maintain a safe, secure, and well-maintained property• Work with ownership and regional leadership on performance plansWhat success looks like• Improved RevPAR index • Improved Guest satisfaction scores• Labor cost within budget without service breakdown• Low turnover in key roles• Clean audits and brand complianceWhat you bring• 2+ years as a hotel General Manager or strong Assistant GM ready to step up• Marriott experience preferred• Proven results in revenue growth and cost control• Solid understanding of P&L, labor models, and forecasting• Ability to lead a small team and wear multiple hats• Strong presence.
