General Manager – Warwick Rittenhouse Square

A historic Philadelphia landmark is entering an exciting new chapter — and we are seeking a dynamic, hands-on General Manager to lead it.

Located in the heart of iconic Rittenhouse Square, the 301-room Warwick Rittenhouse Square is a nearly 100-year-old “Grande Dame” hotel undergoing a major transformation as it evolves into a Marriott Tribute Portfolio property. The hotel features over 18,000 square feet of meeting and event space, multiple food & beverage outlets, and a residential component — creating a highly visible, complex, and high-touch operating environment.

This is not a maintenance GM role.

This is a transformational leadership opportunity for an experienced hospitality executive who can:

  • Lead through renovation and repositioning
  • Elevate culture and accountability
  • Drive operational excellence and guest experience
  • Partner effectively with ownership, brand, union leadership, and residential stakeholders
  • Build a high-performing leadership team
  • Position the hotel as one of Philadelphia's premier lifestyle destinations

The ideal candidate brings:

  • Significant full-service hotel GM experience
  • REQUIRED Marriott brand experience
  • Experience leading unionized hotel environments
  • Strong financial acumen, labor management, and operational discipline
  • Experience with renovations, repositioning, or major transitions preferred
  • Proven ability to drive guest satisfaction, team engagement, and commercial performance
  • Ability to lead in a fast-paced, highly visible environment with multiple stakeholders
