As a Housekeeper, you will play a vital role in delivering the outstanding guest experience that Hilton guests expect. What You'll Do
- Clean and prepare guest rooms according to Hilton brand standards
- Change bed linens, make beds, and replace towels and amenities
- Vacuum, dust, sanitize, and maintain guest rooms and public areas
- Ensure rooms are guest-ready and exceed cleanliness expectations
- Assist with laundry operations as needed
- Stock housekeeping carts and maintain inventory of supplies
- Identify and report maintenance concerns or safety hazards
- Follow all hotel safety, sanitation, and cleanliness procedures
- Work efficiently while maintaining quality standards
- Provide friendly and professional service to guests and team members
What We're Looking For
- Previous housekeeping, hotel housekeeping, custodial, janitorial, or cleaning experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry housekeeping equipment and supplies
- Positive attitude and dependable attendance
- Weekend and holiday availability is required
