Homewood Suites by Hilton Wichitaat the Waterfront is seeking dependable, energetic, and detail-oriented Housekeepers / Room Attendants to join our hospitality team. As a Housekeeper, you will play a vital role in delivering the outstanding guest experience that Hilton guests expect. We are looking for team members who are reliable, motivated, and committed to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and service.

What You'll Do

• Clean and prepare guest rooms according to Hilton brand standards
• Change bed linens, make beds, and replace towels and amenities
• Vacuum, dust, sanitize, and maintain guest rooms and public areas
• Ensure rooms are guest-ready and exceed cleanliness expectations
• Assist with laundry operations as needed
• Stock housekeeping carts and maintain inventory of supplies
• Identify and report maintenance concerns or safety hazards
• Follow all hotel safety, sanitation, and cleanliness procedures
• Work efficiently while maintaining quality standards
• Provide friendly and professional service to guests and team members

What We're Looking For

• Previous housekeeping, hotel housekeeping, custodial, janitorial, or cleaning experience preferred but not required
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment
• Excellent time management skills
• Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry housekeeping equipment and supplies
• Positive attitude and dependable attendance
• Weekend and holiday availability is required
