Hotel Housekeeper

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented, reliable, and friendly Housekeeper to join our hotel team. As a Housekeeper, you will play a critical role in ensuring our guests enjoy a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment during their stay. Your responsibilities will include cleaning guest rooms, maintaining public areas, and assisting with laundry as needed.

 **Key Responsibilities:**

* Clean and tidy guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas according to hotel standards

* Make beds, change linens, and replace towels and amenities

* Vacuum, sweep, mop floors, and dust surfaces

* Replenish guest room supplies, including toiletries, towels, and minibar items

* Report maintenance issues or safety concerns to the supervisor promptly

* Maintain housekeeping carts and equipment in a clean and organized manner

* Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures

* Ensure privacy and security of guests and hotel property

* Assist with laundry and linen services as required

* Respond to guest requests in a courteous and timely manner

 **Qualifications:**

* High school diploma or equivalent preferred

* Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience in a hotel or similar setting is a plus

* Ability to work with minimal supervision and maintain a high level of performance

* Strong attention to detail, efficiency, and time management skills

* Friendly, respectful, and professional demeanor

* Physically capable of lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods

* Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
