Econo Lodge is seeking a dependable and experienced Housekeeper / Night Auditor to join our team. This position combines housekeeping responsibilities with overnight front desk duties. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently while providing excellent guest service. ### Job Duties Housekeeping (2 days per week): - Clean and sanitize guest rooms and bathrooms according to hotel standards. - Make beds, change linens, replace towels, and restock room amenities. - Vacuum, dust, mop floors, and remove trash. - Clean assigned public areas. - Report maintenance issues or damaged items to management. - Ensure all rooms are cleaned in a timely and professional manner. Night Auditor / Front Desk (2 overnight shifts per week - 12-hour shifts): - Check guests in and out. - Answer phone calls and assist guests with questions or requests. - Process reservations, payments, and guest accounts. - Complete nightly audit procedures and balance daily transactions (training provided if needed). - Monitor hotel property during overnight hours. - Handle guest concerns professionally and maintain a safe environment. - Prepare reports for hotel management. ### Qualifications - Previous hotel experience is REQUIRED (Housekeeping and/or Front Desk experience preferred). - Reliable transportation. - Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work independently. - Comfortable working overnight (12-hour) shifts. - Strong customer service and communication skills. - Basic computer skills. - Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 30 pounds. - Must be authorized to work in the United States. - Background check required prior to employment. ### Schedule - Part-Time - 2 days per week: Housekeeping - 2 overnight shifts per week (12 hours): Night Auditor/Front Desk - Must be available to work weekends and holidays as scheduled. ### Pay Starting at $9.00 per hour.
