REQUIREMENTS

• Experience performing physical planned maintenance
• Knowledge of developing and following maintenance plans
• Ability to effectively and professionally communicate with guests, vendors, coworkers, and management
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds
• Ability to work varied hours

ARE YOU THE HOTEL MAINTENANCE CHIEF WE'RE LOOKING FOR?

• Following a structured program to maintain our physical facilities and grounds
• Performing top-notch preventative and corrective maintenance and making repairs as needed
• Efficiently completing daily work orders to resolve guest issues and ensure their satisfaction
• Maintaining swimming pool chemistry and temperature according to health department standards
• Keeping the grounds and building safe and promptly reporting any security concerns
• Maintaining neat landscaping
• Managing the maintenance budget and making recommendations for spending plans
