Key Responsibilities:

- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on all hotel facilities, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems

- Conduct repairs and troubleshooting to maintain the safety, functionality, and appearance of the hotel property

- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory of supplies and parts

- Assist in the installation of new equipment and fixtures, ensuring compliance with safety standards

- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate maintenance activities and minimize disruptions

- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and hotel policies at all times

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience in building maintenance, facilities management, or a similar role

- Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general repair techniques

- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues efficiently

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
