Responsibilities:
- Perform routine preventive maintenance on hotel facilities, equipment, and systems
- Respond promptly to guest room and common area maintenance requests
- Diagnose and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and mechanical issues
- Conduct regular property inspections to identify and address maintenance needs
- Perform painting, drywall repair, carpentry, and general upkeep tasks
- Coordinate with housekeeping and front desk teams to minimize guest disruption
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs and work order documentation
Requirements:
- Prior experience in hotel, hospitality, or commercial building maintenance preferred
- Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repair systems
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues efficiently and independently
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to safety and quality standards
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks in various conditions
- Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and on-call shifts as needed
