Hotel Maintenance

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented maintenance professional to support the upkeep, safety, and functionality of our facilities and equipment. In this role, you will help ensure a clean, efficient, and well-maintained environment by responding to service requests, performing routine inspections, and completing preventative and corrective maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems, equipment, pools and fixtures.
• Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify safety concerns, wear, or potential issues.
• Complete preventive maintenance tasks according to schedules and procedures.
• Assist with basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and mechanical work as needed.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas and ensure proper handling of tools and materials.
• Coordinate with vendors or contractors when specialized service is required.
• Document work performed, parts used, and any issues that require follow-up.
• Follow all safety guidelines, policies, and procedures at all times.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in maintenance, facilities, or a related hands-on role preferred.
• Basic knowledge of building systems, repair techniques, and general troubleshooting.
• Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment safely.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and time management skills.
• Physical ability to perform tasks that may require standing, lifting, climbing, bending, and moving throughout the workday.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with preventive maintenance programs or work order systems.
• Working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or carpentry systems.
• Familiarity with safety practices and regulatory compliance requirements.
