Position: Hotel Manager (Recent Graduates Only) – Mackinaw City, MI<\/b>

Day -to -Day Responsibilities<\/b>
<\/div>- Supervise hotel clerks, housekeepers, maintenance.
<\/li> - Register guests, assign rooms, manage reservations.
<\/li> - Verify payment methods and post room/food/liquor/phone charges.
<\/li> - Maintain room availability records and guest accounts.
<\/li> - Handle check -outs, complaints, and customer inquiries.
<\/li> - Perform bookkeeping: daily, monthly, semi -annual audits.
<\/li> - Keep lobby and common areas clean; restock supplies.
<\/li> - Set up continental breakfast or coffee/tea service.
<\/li> - Sort mail, arrange tours/taxis/restaurants, manage safe deposit boxes.
<\/li> - Prepare employee schedules; supervise administrative personnel.
<\/li> - Create maintenance lists; monitor cleanliness of rooms and public areas.
<\/li> - Balance cash and accounts daily and end -of -season.
<\/li> - Manage rate changes and ensure rate parity on all platforms.
<\/li> - Answer chargebacks and complaints promptly.
<\/li> - Protect hotel assets and property.
<\/li> - Order food and supplies for F&B areas.
<\/li> - Additional tasks as needed by hotel operations.

Requirements<\/h3>Job and Immigration Requirements (TN Visa)<\/b>
<\/div>- Mexican, North American, or Canadian citizenship - mandatory
<\/span><\/li> - Possess Cédula Profesional<\/b> and/or TÃtulo Universitario<\/b> (Hospitality/Hotel Management or related) - mandatory<\/span>
<\/li> - Valid passport (1.5+ years).
<\/li> - No previous immigration issues.
<\/li> - Ability to move to the U.S.
<\/li> - English fluency (at least 70%).

<\/li> - Restaurant Managers completing prime season (April–October) typically earn 35,000+ USD pre -tax<\/b> in 6–7 months.
