You keep the property secure, balanced, and guest-ready for the next day. You handle front desk responsibilities, complete daily financial reporting, and set up the morning team for success.Key ResponsibilitiesCheck guests in and out with accuracy and professionalismHandle guest requests and resolve issues independently overnightComplete nightly audit and balance all hotel revenue and transactionsReconcile cash, credit cards, and system reportsPrepare and distribute daily reports for managementMaintain a clean, organized, and secure front desk and lobby areaConduct property walks to ensure safety and security standardsSet up basic breakfast area (as needed) for morning serviceCommunicate clear shift notes for the morning teamRequirementsPrior hotel front desk or night audit experience preferredStrong attention to detail. Mistakes show up in the numbersComfortable working independently with minimal supervisionReliable and consistent attendance.
