The Hotel Night Auditor at Hampton Inn and Suites Dupont WA plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth financial and operational transition between business days. This position is responsible for auditing the daily financial transactions, reconciling accounts, and preparing accurate reports that support management decisions. The Night Auditor also provides exceptional guest service during overnight hours, addressing guest needs and resolving issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can work independently during the night shift while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality. • Process guest check-ins and check-outs during overnight hours, providing courteous and efficient service.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and resolve any issues that arise during the night shift.
• Monitor hotel security and safety protocols, reporting any irregularities or incidents to management.
