Your work helps the resort run smoothly—and keeps everyone safe. When the pace picks up-busy arrivals, quick questions, or an unexpected alert-you stay cool, communicate clearly, and keep everyone pointed in the right direction. By shift end, notes are clean, handoff is clear, and the next teammate can step in without missing a beat.What you'll bringMust be 18 years of age or olderStrong customer service, problem-solving, and attention to detail in a fast-paced environmentProficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook; excellent English communicationAbility to work a rotating schedule (evenings, weekends, holidays, extended hours)Must be able to speak, read, write and communicate in English to adequately perform the duties of the jobKey responsibilitiesMonitor the Fire Command Center and respond to alarms using established emergency response protocolsReport system issues, document incidents/checks, and coordinate with emergency services and internal teams when needed including implementation of emergency procedures, including evacuation protocols and lockdownSupport guest and resident communications: inquiries, room availability, upgrades, billing questions, and special requestsUse hotel property management and reservation systems for accurate bookings, changes, and cancellationsTrain/mentor new team members on safety, reservations, and service standards as assigned
