Our development and capital planning teams manage renovations from strategy through execution, guiding each project from a concept to a fully realized asset. You will oversee a slate of East Coast renovations and repositionings from concept through closeout, ensuring theyre delivered on time, on budget, and aligned with brand and operational goals. This is a Philadelphia-based high-visibility role that demands technical strength, leadership on active job sites, and the ability to align multiple stakeholders. Youll represent the projects interests throughout the entire lifecycle, ensuring clarity, alignment, and accountability from start to finish.

Your Focus: Project Leadership & Execution
Design & Procurement Coordination
Serve as the primary liaison between interior designers, architects, procurement agents, and ownership throughout the design and FF&E process. Coordinate purchasing agent orders, shop drawings, material approvals, and logistics to ensure alignment with construction schedules. Maintain current knowledge of brand standards across HHMs core franchise partners.
Budgeting, Estimating & Financial Management
Scheduling & Stakeholder Communication
Field Presence & Quality Control
Conduct regular site visits across the East Coast portfolio to oversee progress, ensure quality, and confirm adherence to drawings, specifications, and safety standards. Uphold HHMs sustainability practices throughout project execution, where applicable.
Your Background & Skills
3 years of experience managing construction projects with direct responsibility for hotel renovations. Proven track record managing full project lifecycles, including design coordination, procurement oversight, scheduling, and GC management. Bachelors degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field, or equivalent experience. Strong understanding of construction sequencing, materials, estimating principles, budgeting, and ADA and building code compliance. Experience working with developers, architecturedesign firms, procurement teams, and construction companies. Ability to communicate with clarity and confidence, both in writing and verbally. Advanced proficiency with Excel, project management software, and plan review tools.

Work Environment and Context
Travel along the East Coast is required, with regular site visits and occasional overnight stays. Ability to sit for extended periods, as well as walk, bend, lift up to 25 pounds, and navigate active construction sites, consistent with other roles in the department. May require extended hours during critical phases of construction.
