Hotel Restaurant Cook/Chef

We're hiring a part-time Hotel Restaurant Cook/Chef to help deliver consistent, high-quality meals for our guests. You'll prepare menu items to spec, keep your station organized, and coordinate timing with the front-of-house team to support smooth service. Responsibilities include prepping ingredients, cooking breakfast/lunch/dinner items as assigned, maintaining food safety and sanitation standards, handling basic inventory/labeling, and keeping kitchen equipment and work areas clean. Required qualifications/skills: - Prior cook or line-cook experience in a restaurant or hotel setting - Working knowledge of safe food handling and kitchen sanitation - Ability to stay calm, accurate, and efficient during busy periods - Reliable attendance and teamwork-focused communication Pay is $13–$14/hour.
