Hotel Room InspectorLocation: Marriott Anchorage Downtown Job DescriptionThe Hotel Room Inspector is responsible for ensuring that all hotel rooms are clean, well-maintained, and meet the standards set by the hotel. The inspector will work closely with the housekeeping staff to ensure that all rooms are cleaned and prepared for guests. Responsibilities:- Inspect all hotel rooms to ensure they are clean and well-maintained.
- Check for any damages or maintenance issues and report them to the appropriate department.
- Ensure that all amenities are stocked and in good condition.
- Check that all appliances and electronics are in working order.
- Ensure that all linens and towels are clean and in good condition.
- Ensure that all trash and recycling is properly disposed of
- Ensure that all guest requests are fulfilled in a timely and efficient manner.
- Train and supervise housekeeping staff to ensure that they are following hotel standards.
Requirements:- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in housekeeping
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
