Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and coach sales and marketing teams to execute effective policies and strategies.
  • Drive client engagement through meetings, events, and industry networking.
  • Coordinate cross-selling and marketing initiatives for maximum profitability.
  • Negotiate contracts and manage smooth communication across departments.
  • Prepare detailed performance reports and analyze market trends to refine strategies.

Revenue and Systems Management

  • Create strategic revenue management plans to maximize hotel profitability.

Essential Sales Functions

  • Generate and develop leads from group event planners.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience
  • Hybrid with 60% Travel
