Position Overview
Location: Chester, VA

Start Date: Within 1 week of processing

Schedule:

• 
  Weekly schedules are provided every Tuesday or Wednesday for the upcoming Saturday–Friday workweek.
  
• 
  Weekend availability is required for all positions.
  
• 
  Employees must be available to work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
  

Hours:

• 
  Housekeeping: 30 - 40 hours per week
  

Background Check: Required (7-year review; case-by-case consideration)

Drug Screen: Not Required

Housekeeping Room Attendant
Shift:
8:30 AM until work is completed (typically 7 to 8.5 hour shifts)
Responsibilities

• 
  Clean and sanitize guest rooms to hotel standards
  
• 
  Change bed linens and make beds
  
• 
  Clean bathrooms, including sinks, toilets, showers, tubs, mirrors, and floors
  
• 
  Vacuum, sweep, mop, and dust guest rooms
  
• 
  Empty trash and replenish towels, toiletries, and amenities
  
• 
  Report maintenance concerns or room damage
  
• 
  Provide courteous, professional guest service
  

Qualifications

• 
  Previous housekeeping or hotel cleaning experience preferred (not required)
  
• 
  Detail-oriented with dependable attendance
  
• 
  Able to lift up to 25 lbs and remain on your feet throughout the shift
  
• 
  Must be available Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays
  
• 
  Authorized to work in the United States

Hiring Requirements

  7-year background check required (reviewed on a case-by-case basis)
  
• 
  No drug screening required
  
• 
  Professional appearance and reliability are important, as you'll be working around hotel guests daily
  
• 
  Weekend availability (Friday to Sunday) is required for every position
