What You'll Do
- Research hotels, resorts, and vacation accommodations based on client preferences and budgets
- Compare room types, amenities, locations, and available travel options
- Assist with hotel, resort, and other travel reservations
- Research destinations and help identify options that fit individual travel needs
- Coordinate additional travel arrangements and vacation details when requested
- Organize reservation confirmations and important trip information
- Communicate with clients regarding booking details, updates, and important deadlines
- Assist with reservation modifications and travel updates when needed
- Maintain accurate and organized booking and client information
- Stay informed about hotels, destinations, travel products, and available supplier resources
- Provide professional support throughout the research and booking process
