HOTWORX is a 24-hour infrared fitness studio offering members a unique workout experience through virtually instructed sessions. Our mission is to help people achieve their fitness goals through innovation, consistency, and community.

Position Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic Trainer Sales Associate (TSA) to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about fitness, enjoys working with people, and thrives in a sales-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new memberships through lead follow-up, community outreach, and in-studio tours
• Provide exceptional customer service to current and prospective members
• Conduct studio tours and clearly communicate the HOTWORX concept and benefits
• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals
• Assist with marketing efforts including social media posts and local events
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming studio environment
• Build strong relationships with members to encourage retention and referrals

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Sales experience preferred (but not required – we will train the right person)
• Passion for fitness, health, and wellness
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Comfortable using social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
