Full-Time | On-Site | 40 Hours Per Week

We're looking for hardworking, energetic leaders who are passionate about developing team members, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and helping drive restaurant success. Restaurant experience is preferred, and flexibility to work nights and weekends is required.

What You'll Do

• Lead, train, and support team members
• Coach employees and foster a positive, accountable team culture
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, and scheduling
• Manage inventory and support food cost goals
• Maintain food quality, safety, and cleanliness standards
• Balance cash drawers and ensure operational accuracy
• Help achieve operational and financial goals
• Deliver exceptional guest service and lead by example

What We're Looking For

• Restaurant experience preferred
• Leadership experience is a plus
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Team-oriented and dependable
• Flexible availability, including nights and weekends
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
