We are seeking a dedicated, service-focused Hourly Floor Service & Guest Relations Manager to co-lead service alongside another manager and ensure a warm, seamless experience for every guest.
Position Overview:
This is a hands-on, floor-based role ideal for someone passionate about hospitality, guest connection, and team leadership. You will work closely with another manager to run daily service, resolve floor issues in real time, and uphold Palma's standard of care in every guest interaction.

Compensation Details
Compensation: Hourly ($27.00 - $32.00)
