Gott's Roadside, known for its modern approach to creating California-inspired dishes using locally sourced ingredients, is seeking a dedicated and passionate Hourly Manager to join our restaurant team.
Location: Palo Alto
Compensation: $24.65 - $33.35/hour plus performance bonus
Scope of Role:
- Lead team to ensure consistent and exceptional customer service, food, and operations
- Support and collaborate with General Manager and Assistant General Managers to create consistently exceptional guest experiences and uncompromisingly quality food
- Apply Gott's financial and operational procedures and consistently evaluate service levels and standards
- Ensure employee competence via station, equipment operation, responsible alcohol service, blade safety, cash handling, and specials trainings
- Opening, closing, daily line-up management, prep, shift management, and line flow, etc.
Qualified Candidates Have:
- Ability to learn and work the kitchen line at all stations
- Computer experience/literacy
- Food Handler s Certification (must obtain with 30 days of hire)
- Responsible Beverage Service Certification (must obtain within 30 days of hire)
- High school degree, or equivalent
- Financial experience (desirable)
- Proficiency in English, fluency in Spanish desirable
