Schedule varies depending on course and instructor needs. Daily check-in required to stay up to date with the course and students. Schedule built around fall term, including a minimum of two weeks prior to the start of the term.

Provides support to faculty of the MBA program. Assists with building and quality-assurance testing of online course materials. Works directly with faculty, instructional designers, and students.

Responsibilities

  • Assist faculty to build course materials in Canvas
  • Proof, detect, and correct graduate-level course materials
  • Create course assignments, quizzes, and exams in Canvas
  • Grade online discussions, quizzes, papers, and exams
  • Assist with QA testing of Canvas course
  • Participate in live sessions with students
  • Assist with student support via email, phone, etc.
  • Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

EQUIVALENCY STATEMENT: 1 year of higher education can be substituted for 1 year of directly related work experience (Example: bachelor's degree = 4 years of directly related work experience).

  • Requires at least 1 year of related experience.

Preferences

  • Graduate or PhD-level candidates preferred.
  • Applicants should demonstrate attention to detail, ability to follow directions and meet hard deadlines, ability to work independently and with others.
  • Experience with Canvas a plus.
