Your placement within the salary range is dependent on a number of factors including your work experience and internal equity within this position classification at CCH. SHIFT: 3PM-11PM
SALARY RANGE: $119,425 - $131,949
JOB SUMMARY NON-UNION
Reporting to the Director of Nursing or designee, the House Administrator is responsible and accountable for the management of operations and patient care delivery on the evening/night shifts. The House Administrator builds a collaborative working relationship with the medical staff and correctional staff as a member of the nursing leadership team.
This position is exempt from Career Service under the CCH Personnel Rules.
Typical Duties
Minimum Qualifications
Must possess a Bachelor of Science in Nursing or higher-level degree (Must provide official transcripts at time of interview)
Must be licensed as a Registered Professional Nurse in the State of Illinois OR the ability to obtain two weeks prior to starting employment, required.
Minimum of four (4) years of clinical nursing experience, required.
Minimum two (2) years of supervisory experience, required.
Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) card (Must provide proof at time of interview)
