House Assembler
Job Location: Fairfield, California
Job Type: Temp to Hire
Pay Rate: $22-$23/hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday; 7:30am-4pm
Description of Position:
Do you have experience as an Assembler working in a warehouse or manufacturing setting? Our client, is looking for a hardworking and dependable Warehouse Assembler to join their team. This is a hands-on position that requires attention to detail, the ability to read blueprints, and a strong work ethic.
The ideal candidate is someone who takes pride in their work, communicates well, is customer focused, and is open to learning and growing into additional roles within the company.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assemble metal parts using production machinery
- Repeatedly lift and place metal components onto a machine for assembly
- Read and follow various blueprints and assembly instructions
- Ensure parts are assembled accurately and meet quality standards
- Safely handle and move metal parts throughout the work area
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workplace
- Learn new processes and take on additional responsibilities as you grow
Description of Company:
You will be supporting a well-established manufacturing company in Fairfield, California.
Experience Required:
- Previous assembly experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred
- Ability to read and understand blueprints
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to repeatedly lift and place metal parts
- Ability to lift 25-50 lbs
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
- Good communication and teamwork skills
