Responsibilities:
  • Maintain cleanliness of hotel hallways, elevators, stairwells, and public areas.
  • Stock and replenish housekeeping carts, linen closets, and supply rooms.
  • Deliver clean linens, towels, guest amenities, and housekeeping supplies to Room Attendants.
  • Collect and transport soiled linens, trash, and recyclables to designated areas.
  •  Maintain corridor appearance.
  • Respond promptly to guest requests, including delivery of extra towels, pillows, blankets, and amenities.
  • Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, and lost-and-found items according to hotel procedures.
  • Assist Room Attendants with heavy cleaning tasks and special projects as assigned.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of housekeeping storage rooms and equipment.
  • Follow hotel safety procedures and proper handling of cleaning chemicals.
  • Ensure compliance with hotel cleanliness, sanitation, and brand standards.
  • Work collaboratively with all hotel departments to provide outstanding guest service.
  • Frequently lift, push, and pull housekeeping carts and supplies.
  • Stand and walk throughout the work shift.
  • Bend, kneel, reach, and climb stairs as required.
