Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness of hotel hallways, elevators, stairwells, and public areas.
- Stock and replenish housekeeping carts, linen closets, and supply rooms.
- Deliver clean linens, towels, guest amenities, and housekeeping supplies to Room Attendants.
- Collect and transport soiled linens, trash, and recyclables to designated areas.
- Maintain corridor appearance.
- Respond promptly to guest requests, including delivery of extra towels, pillows, blankets, and amenities.
- Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, and lost-and-found items according to hotel procedures.
- Assist Room Attendants with heavy cleaning tasks and special projects as assigned.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of housekeeping storage rooms and equipment.
- Follow hotel safety procedures and proper handling of cleaning chemicals.
- Ensure compliance with hotel cleanliness, sanitation, and brand standards.
- Work collaboratively with all hotel departments to provide outstanding guest service.
- Frequently lift, push, and pull housekeeping carts and supplies.
- Stand and walk throughout the work shift.
- Bend, kneel, reach, and climb stairs as required.
