Job Description

Responsibilities:

Maintain cleanliness of hotel hallways, elevators, stairwells, and public areas.
Stock and replenish housekeeping carts, linen closets, and supply rooms.
Deliver clean linens, towels, guest amenities, and housekeeping supplies to Room Attendants.
Collect and transport soiled linens, trash, and recyclables to designated areas.
Maintain corridor appearance.
Respond promptly to guest requests, including delivery of extra towels, pillows, blankets, and amenities.
Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, and lost-and-found items according to hotel procedures.
Assist Room Attendants with heavy cleaning tasks and special projects as assigned.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of housekeeping storage rooms and equipment.
Follow hotel safety procedures and proper handling of cleaning chemicals.
Ensure compliance with hotel cleanliness, sanitation, and brand standards.
Work collaboratively with all hotel departments to provide outstanding guest service.
Frequently lift, push, and pull housekeeping carts and supplies.
Stand and walk throughout the work shift.
Bend, kneel, reach, and climb stairs as required.
