Responsibilities
As a Residential Cleaner with Organically Maid, you will help create healthier, happier homes for our clients naturally! Your day-to-day will include:
- Cleaning residential homes using our all-natural, eco-friendly products
- Dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing high-touch areas
- Maintaining attention to detail and ensuring every home meets Organically Maid standards
- Following assigned schedules and communicating with the office team about job updates
- Providing excellent customer service with a positive, professional attitude
- Working independently or as part of a team to complete jobs efficiently and thoroughly
- Caring for clients homes and belongings as if they were your own
- Reporting supply needs, maintenance issues, or schedule conflicts promptly

Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must pass a background check
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation (you will drive to different client homes)
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Comfortable around pets (no pet allergies)
- Ability to lift, bend, and climb stairs
- Team player with an upbeat, positive attitude
- Positive attitude and ability to work well independently and as a team
- Cleaning experience preferred but not required well train the right person!
