Your evenings and weekends are yours -- We work Monday through Friday during daytime hours. No nights and no weekends.

We'll teach you -- Professional cleaning experience is great, but it's not required. We provide paid, hands-on training in our cleaning methods and standards.

What Your Day Looks Like

You'll travel to several client homes in Woodbury and surrounding communities and give each home the detailed, dependable Sparkle clean our clients count on.

You'll spend your day:

• Cleaning kitchens and bathrooms
• Dusting, vacuuming and mopping
• Following our proven cleaning system and quality standards
• Caring for company-provided cleaning supplies and equipment
• Communicating professionally with clients and your Sparkle team
• Staying on schedule while delivering consistently great work

This is an active, physical job. You'll be moving throughout the day, including standing, walking, bending, kneeling and reaching.

What You'll Need

To be considered, you must:

• Be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Have a valid driver's license
• Have a reliable, insured vehicle you can use to travel between client homes
• Be willing and able to complete a criminal background check
• Be available Monday-Friday during daytime hours
• Be able to lift up to 20 pounds and comfortably perform the physical requirements of residential cleaning
• Live within approximately 30 minutes of Woodbury, Minnesota

Previous professional cleaning, housekeeping or janitorial experience is helpful, but it isn't required. Reliability, work ethic , a heart of service and a willingness to learn matter more to us.
