Job Description:
This role is a great opportunity for someone with cleaning experiance who wants to
build their skills and grow with Ezer. Candidates will begin as a
Cleaning Specialist II, where they will learn and demonstrate the
Ezer Way: Look. Touch. Perfect.

Responsibilities:
- Lead client walk-throughs and confirm job expectations
- Oversee quality control and ensure all work meets company standards
- Support and mentor teammates during cleanings
- Serve as primary communicator with clients and the office
- Document notes, updates, and photos using company apps
Requirements:
- 1+ year of residential cleaning experience required
- Ability to complete solo cleans with confidence
- Strong leadership, communication, and time management skills
- Comfortable with mobile apps for scheduling and documentation
- Must have a reliable vehicle and proof of insurance
- Ability to work 25–40 hours per week with a flexible schedule
