What You'll Do

• Deliver high-quality residential cleaning services using professional, eco-friendly cleaning methods
• Create a positive client experience through dependable service, attention to detail, and professional communication
• Maintain clean, organized, and welcoming home environments for recurring clients
• Manage daily cleaning assignments efficiently while working independently and staying on schedule
• Represent the company professionally in clients' homes and build trust through reliable service
• Contribute to a team culture focused on consistency, accountability, and customer satisfaction

What Success Looks Like

Within your first 6-12 months, success in this role means:

• Consistently delivering 5-star quality cleaning and customer experiences
• Building strong relationships with recurring clients through dependable and professional service
• Completing homes efficiently while maintaining company quality standards
• Demonstrating reliability, punctuality, and strong communication with team members and clients
• Growing into additional responsibilities or advancement opportunities based on performance

What We're Looking For

• Customer service experience in hospitality, retail, healthcare, food service, or related industries preferred
• Dependable, detail-oriented individuals who take pride in their work
• Positive attitude and professional communication skills
• Comfortable with physical activity throughout the workday, including lifting up to 20 pounds
• Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and proof of insurance required at interview
• Ability to pass a background check
• No professional cleaning experience required -- paid training is provided

Work Location / Schedule

• Full-time and part-time positions available
• Day shifts: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• No nights or weekends
• Work performed at Residential homes and Commercial locations
• Minimal office time -- only one office visit per week
• Work location: On the road
