What You'll Do
- Deliver high-quality residential cleaning services using professional, eco-friendly cleaning methods
- Create a positive client experience through dependable service, attention to detail, and professional communication
- Maintain clean, organized, and welcoming home environments for recurring clients
- Manage daily cleaning assignments efficiently while working independently and staying on schedule
- Represent the company professionally in clients' homes and build trust through reliable service
- Contribute to a team culture focused on consistency, accountability, and customer satisfaction

- Consistently delivering 5-star quality cleaning and customer experiences
- Building strong relationships with recurring clients through dependable and professional service

What We're Looking For
- Customer service experience in hospitality, retail, healthcare, food service, or related industries preferred
- Dependable, detail-oriented individuals who take pride in their work
- Positive attitude and professional communication skills
- Comfortable with physical activity throughout the workday, including lifting up to 20 pounds
- Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and proof of insurance required at interview
- Ability to pass a background check
- No professional cleaning experience required -- paid training is provided

Work Location / Schedule
- Full-time and part-time positions available
- Day shifts: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- No nights or weekends
- Work performed at Residential homes and Commercial locations
- Minimal office time -- only one office visit per week
- Work location: On the road
