Molly Maid of Newport News, VA is looking for a dependable and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our growing team! Responsibilities:

• Perform residential cleaning services including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing
• Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas to Molly Maid's quality standards
• Follow a consistent cleaning checklist to ensure thorough and efficient service
• Communicate professionally and courteously with clients in their homes
• Work as part of a two-person cleaning team to complete assignments on schedule
• Properly handle and use cleaning products and equipment in a safe manner
• Report any damages, concerns, or client feedback to a supervisor

Requirements:

• Prior housekeeping, janitorial, or residential cleaning experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality results
• Reliable, punctual, and able to maintain a consistent schedule
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to perform physical tasks including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods
• Positive attitude and strong customer service skills
• Must be able to pass a background check
