The Opportunity

What You'll Do
- Perform detailed residential cleaning services using company-provided systems and eco-friendly products
- Help clients maintain organized, healthy, and welcoming home environments
- Deliver dependable service that encourages long-term client relationships and repeat business
- Manage daily appointments efficiently while maintaining quality and attention to detail
- Communicate professionally with homeowners and team members throughout the day
- Contribute to a positive team culture centered on accountability, consistency, and customer satisfaction

What We're Looking For
- Previous customer-facing experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and dependable work habits
- Positive attitude and professional communication skills
- Comfortable with physical work throughout the day, including bending, lifting, and standing
- Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and proof of insurance required
- Ability to pass a background check
- Professional cleaning experience is not required -- we provide paid training

Work Location / Schedule
- Serving Parma, Ohio and surrounding communities
- Full-time and part-time opportunities available
- Daytime schedule: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- No evening or weekend shifts
- Work performed at residential homes and select commercial properties
- Limited office visits required
- On-the-road position
