We’re a residential house cleaning company looking for a Team Leader who can run a small crew, hold a high standard, and make every customer glad they hired us.

What You’ll Do
• Lead a cleaning team through their daily route, cleaning alongside them in customer homes
 • Delegate tasks and supervise your team to make sure every home meets our quality standards
 • Train new team members on our step-by-step cleaning process and coach experienced ones as needed
 • Evaluate team member performance and share recommendations with management
 • Handle daily reporting: timekeeping, vehicle mileage, payment collection, and customer feedback
 • Report issues promptly — vehicle problems, delays, accidents, or schedule disruptions
 • Follow all safety, security, and company procedures in every home, every time

What We’re Looking For

 • Strong customer service and people skills — you’re the face of our company in each home
 • Clear communication, both spoken and written
 • Ability to follow a routine process and directions consistently
 • Comfort operating vacuums and other standard cleaning equipment
 • Basic English proficiency
• Supervisory experience, or the potential and interest to grow into it

Preferred, but not required:
• Valid driver’s license
 • Bilingual (English/Spanish)
 • High school diploma or GED

Physical Requirements
This is an active, hands-on job. You’ll need to be able to:
 • Stand and walk continuously throughout the shift
 • Lift up to 50 lbs.
 • Climb, balance, bend, stoop, and kneel frequently
 • Reach below, at, and above shoulder level frequently
 • Grasp and handle cleaning tools and supplies throughout the day

Working Conditions
Work is performed in customers’ homes, with travel between job sites during the day. Expect exposure to cleaning solutions, fragrances, pets and pet dander, dust, temperature changes, and noise. Some outdoor exposure and driving in varying weather conditions. Occasional hours outside the normal workday may be required.
