What You'll Do:
Oversee the daily operations of an Adult Foster Care home.
Lead, coach, mentor, and support a team of caregivers.
Ensure high-quality resident care while maintaining compliance with all state regulations.
Assist with resident care, including medication administration and daily support as needed.
Participate in resident and case manager meetings.
Maintain accurate electronic and written documentation.
Ensure policies, procedures, and licensing requirements are consistently followed.
Communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, and leadership.
Foster a positive, accountable, team-oriented culture.
Qualifications:
Required:
Minimum 3 years of management or supervisory experience, leading teams of at least four employees.
At least 4 years of hands-on caregiving experience, preferably in Adult Foster Care, group homes, assisted living, or similar settings.
Valid Driver's License
Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
Excellent documentation and computer skills.
Ability to lead independently while maintaining accountability and structure.
Compassionate, dependable, and solution-oriented leadership style.
Preferred:
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) preferred.
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) preferred.
Experience working with adults with developmental disabilities or complex care needs.
