About Our Family

We are a family that values wellness, connection, and intentional living. Our home is full of life with two creative and energetic children, a sweet miniature dachshund, dynamic careers, and a calendar that rarely slows down. While our days can be fast-paced, we are intentional about creating a space that feels calm, welcoming, and grounded. We love spending time outdoors, discovering new restaurants, traveling together, and protecting Sundays as dedicated family time filled with board games, hikes, and simply being together.

Both parents are entrepreneurs, pouring their passion into different creative and wellness-focused ventures while staying deeply present for their family. Food is an important part of our family culture—we both have culinary backgrounds and appreciate fresh, wholesome meals, thoughtful meal preparation, and a kitchen that functions efficiently. We believe the way a home is cared for directly impacts how a family feels within it.

Like many busy families, we've realized we don't simply need an extra set of hands, we're looking for a true collaborative partner in our home. Our goal is to spend less time juggling logistics and more time being present with one another, knowing our home is in capable, caring hands.

Who You Are / What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate is proactive and self-directed, someone who naturally brings order, calm, and steadiness to a busy, loving household. You don't wait to be told what to do — you walk in, notice what needs attention, and take it on as your own, thinking a step or two ahead.

You're genuinely skilled across kitchens, meal prep, laundry, organization, and home maintenance, and you take quiet pride in it — noticing when something's running low and restocking before anyone has to ask. When you're unsure of something, you look into it yourself, and when you do have questions, you save them up thoughtfully rather than interrupting the flow of the day.

With children, you bring real warmth and easy confidence — the kind that builds trust quickly. You know how to stay close and connected while holding healthy boundaries, and you stay grounded and steady even when afternoons get chaotic or plans shift last minute. You're discreet, emotionally attuned, and warm in a way that makes people comfortable having you in their space. You love dogs, and you're open to occasional early mornings, evenings, or overnights when the family needs it.

At its heart, this role is about more than tasks — it's about lightening someone's load and helping a home feel calmer and more cared for. We hope to find someone who naturally notices what needs attention, takes initiative without being asked, and creates systems that bring lasting organization and ease. More than anything, we're looking for a trusted professional who genuinely enjoys creating calm behind the scenes, takes pride in helping a home run beautifully, and quietly carries the mental load that comes with managing a busy household.
