What you'll do:
Support and guide pregnant women living in the residence
Help residents develop life skills like cooking, cleaning, parenting, and budgeting
Encourage and support personal growth and goal setting
Monitor the overall safety and cleanliness of the home
Teach and model positive daily living habits
Keep resident records and logs up to date
Communicate with staff, residents, and outside agencies
Offer emotional support and crisis intervention when needed

What's required of you:
High School Diploma or GED
Valid Pennsylvania Driver’s License
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, internet)
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A kind, supportive attitude and respect for confidentiality
Willingness to be flexible and dependable
Ability to sit for 3–7 hours and walk 1–3 hours per shift
