What you'll do:

  • Support and guide pregnant women living in the residence

  • Help residents develop life skills like cooking, cleaning, parenting, and budgeting

  • Encourage and support personal growth and goal setting

  • Monitor the overall safety and cleanliness of the home

  • Teach and model positive daily living habits

  • Keep resident records and logs up to date

  • Communicate with staff, residents, and outside agencies

  • Offer emotional support and crisis intervention when needed

  • In case of an emergency, driving may be required to ensure the safety and well-being of residents.

What's required of you:

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • Valid Pennsylvania Driver’s License

  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, internet)

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

  • A kind, supportive attitude and respect for confidentiality

  • Willingness to be flexible and dependable

  • Ability to sit for 3–7 hours and walk 1–3 hours per shift
