Manage with Care

  • Schedule staff, ensure adequate coverage, and provide on-call support as required
  • Train, coach, and mentor staff to meet performance, compliance, and care standards
  • Participate in staff evaluations, corrective action, and ongoing development
Build Relationships & Community

  • Communicate professionally and collaboratively with individuals supported, families, guardians, case managers, and state partners
  • Foster an inclusive and respectful home culture that supports belonging and community integration
Drive Excellence

  • Support and monitor implementation of service plans, behavior support plans, and safety plans
  • Train, supervise, and support DSP staff
  • Maintain compliance with licensing, documentation, and agency standards
  • Ensure the home remains clean, organized, and well-maintained
  • Provide on-call coverage and fill in when necessary
  • Track hours worked beyond 40 and follow stipend compensation procedures
